Beautiful cake and delicious too! My son was very happy with it.

Happy with the food dispenser. The water dispenser could have a deeper bowl for dogs to drink out of. Would say it is more ideal for very small dogs and cats. My spaniel was not impressed and drinking significantly less water.

Honesty the worst service we have ever had. If I could give a worse rating for BESTAIR, I would.

I wish people had warned us before we wasted our money buying air-conditioning units from BESTAIR.
The service delivery is non-existent. They force you to pay full upfront and then do take MONTHS to finish the installation.

Our order was placed 11 May 2021, installation was booked for 1 and 2 July 2021 (2 day installation for 3 air-conditioning units). They came the first day without the necessary equipment and tools for the installation and wasted the day trying to source what was needed. They drilled holes in the walls and then did not return the following day, as arranged, to finish the installation so 3 rooms were exposed the elements (one of which our baby's room). You call customer "service", get put on hold for a really long time and when you finally through you are told that a technician will return at the end of the month to finish the work!!?? You literally have to beg them to finish the work. And the technicians admit that this is standard practice at BESTAIR.

BESTAIR made numerous arrangements of when someone will come out to finish the work and then the technicians (when they finally do come), come with incorrect equipment so they can't get on the roof to do the installation. This happened more than 2 consecutive booked appointments.

Finally after a lot of back and forth and being messed around like crazy, the installation of the 3 units were done and then that same evening you could hear wind whistling through all 3 devices.

We are now sitting in NOVEMBER and only 2 of the 3 have been correctly installed. The last one we are still waiting for a technician to come and finish. Today (10Nov2021) is the 3rd time a technician was supposed to come and finish the last installation and again no one showed. We called BESTAIR again and got given another excuse why no one showed to finish the job. The next possible appointment is the end of 23November 2021!!??

Honestly people... don't buy from BESTAIR. You will regret it.

Really happy with the quality and the service provided by Loberon. There was a mix-up with my order but it was resolved quite smoothly with customer service. Very satisfied and can't wait to buy more!

Very happy with all my purchases. Needed to return one item as I needed a smaller size and the process to do so was very smooth and quick.

Will definitely buy from them again.
