It was a pleasent store

It was a pleasent store, good atmosphere, but the employees should show a bit more kindness to their customers inside the store.

They are not willing to show loyalty…

They are not willing to show loyalty for their customers. The order process is already over 72 hours without any shipping.
They are not even willing to respond to the emails if the email is sent after 12:00 on that day. I sent a email if my order will not be shipped today, I will cancel it and I request a refund. People paid for the products and they have to wait 1 week while nothing happens. Avoid this store!

Update: They sent the Replica after 2 weeks, but I had to chat on WhatsApp.
They incorrectly stated that the replica is 1.04 Joules on their website, and I trusted the description. After I got it, we checked and saw that the Joule was 1.45 with a 0.30g BB and this is not allowed in NL, must be under 1.2 Joule.
So now I have to pay €100 for airsoft service to change the spring.
Huge dissapointing, big rock on the heart!

The UPS express saver delivered the…

The UPS express saver delivered the parcel within 24 hours from France to my address in the Netherlands. It was a bit more expensive but worth for it.
Hopefully it will be like that in the future.

This is the last time I ordered…

This is the last time I ordered anything from autodoc.
They said and mentioned that the processing of picking up the part takes 2 working day. Now This is the 3 day and nothing happened, it has not been shipped. I sent an email to cancel the order because I found another store who already shipped the item on the same day.
Autodoc answered it is not possible to cancel the order, because the item has been picked up, but it is still says the order is under processing. There is no even function to cancel, everything must be done in e-mail. For me it was the first and last time dealing with Autodoc in anything. From now I prefer to pay more and I will get the item within 2-3 days.

It is more than 2 days and the order is…

It is more than 2 days and the order is still not shipped. It is smells (on my own experience) that it will take a long time, 1-2 weeks until delivered.I already ordered the same exhaust manifold from another store because this gives uncertain trust from onderdelen24.nl. I already cancelled my order at onderdelen24.nl, so I hope my money will be refunded.

It's been a week ago since the parcel…

It's been a week ago since the parcel just standing in Poland from distriauto. I have no idea why they are sending through GLS which is the worst delivery company in Europe.
I had to order the part from another seller (take out +++ money from my pocket top on that) to get it the next day. I waited more than 8 days to receive from distriauto in the netherlands. I will never ever trust of this kind of services. I would like to see my money back even if the parcel will not arrive.
