Visited Mercedes Jct600 in York this morning for some work to be completed on my car. Whoever the younge lady receptionist was , she is seriously in need of some training on Customer service skills, her attutide is appauling to say the least .Certainly dosent portray the Mercedes Brand that you aim to promote.

Vinted are the worst online platform to purchase from . Their cistomet service is beyond shocking, nothing short of disgustimg. Dishonest in everyway possible.

Do not buy from the sellers on their platform , they are totally dishonest people too.

Been a member of pure gym for a few years. All of a sudden they have upgraded my membership without me asking. Tried emailing them numerous times requesting that they return it back to what I was originally on and no responce from them at all. Disgusting customer service. Both my mother and myself are now going to cancel our membership. It was a lady called Gill who has messed up my membership. Rubbish service !!

Excellent service with a speedy delivery

Ordered a lawn mower on line, said would deliver next day ,no delivery , called them said would deliver the following day still no time slot given and failed delivery again. Avoid this compamy,thet are a disgrace .. take your money and fail to deliver the goods.. Disgusting company. !!!!

Avoid at all costs if one of their policy holders hits your car and Aviva try to take over your claim. They are fine until you refuse to be sent to one of there back street garages who are at a low cost labour rate. The minute you refuse thet turn evil amd do everything they can to work against you. Liam in there customer care team is nothing short of rude and aggressive!!!

Been using this garage for a couple of years now for services and work done on my Mercedes. Not sure what's happened but seriously gone down hill.Was trying to book my car in for a service via Hannah, failed to return my call or answer emails on every occasion. I will now take my business else where. !!! Shame on you!!

Do not purchase from this company ,they take your money ,fail to send out the goods and then fail to refund yoyr moneys.
Emma who responds to the emails thar you send when chasing your refund is full of rubbish and lies..

Home direct trusted trader of B & Qv are thieves . They take yoyr order and take send the item or refund yoyr money. B & Q refuse to refund your money too!!!!! Disgraceful

My mercedes car of 5 years ,only 45,000 miles on the clock and the rear wheel bearing has gone. Called mercedes benz to complain and they offered a goodwill gesture. They emailed the request to LSH Auto but no reply on two attempts. I called the garage to ask if they were willing to accept the request for a goodwill gesture...No Answer, emailed in No Answer. Final telephone call ,spoke to Maisie who was impatient and relayed that i woud have to pay £150 for a diagnostic report to prove it was the wheel bearing before they would proceed. Then went on to say they could not confirm following the diagnosis that it would be covered by good will gesture.
Disgusting service , a total embarrasment to the mercedes brand.
Mercedes really need to look at themselves having such poor garages portraying their image.
Shocking customer service.!!
