I have contacted the manufacture today and do apologise for the delay you experienced. We are sorry to learn that after we placed a home delivery order with the manufacture and confirmed your delivery date, they made direct contact with you to change this as they were out of stock of the item you ordered. We were not advised of this when we placed the home delivery order, or as in line with the terms on our website we would have contacted you to advise, check you were happy to wait and for us to proceed with your order.

We are again sorry we were unaware of this and for the delay you experienced.
