A flabby bag of springs.

I bought a medium firm mattress and received a soft, flabby and sinking mattress. It's a bag of springs. It is incredible that they can sell this mattress like a medium-firm. Totally disastrous. I try to return it and it turns out that they do not pick it up and it has to be sent to hundreds of kilometers per customer's account. Shameful. Never again would I buy at this online store or recommend it.

As per our previous correspondence you received mattress on 1st of March and you are still in right to return the item within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 if you are not happy with the product or you changed your mind. We delivered faultless item, described as per our website.
Please be aware that unwanted items must not have been used and must be received back in pristine condition so they can be resold.
Should you wish to return the mattress it is your responsibility to take good care of the furniture. You are the owner of the furniture once it has been delivered to you and you are liable for any loss or damage. Goods must be returned in original packaging and it is buyer responsibility to return the items to our central warehouse in a good condition. We are unable to offer collection service - as per our Terms and Conditions.
