Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless, had accident not my fault now almost 10 months passed my car still not repaired but instead I received renewal with 100 pounds on top. Trying communicate with is the same as calling Mars.

Ebay is scamers paradise

Lost 200£. Bought new mobile phone broke down after a few months, contacted manufacturer response was it's illegal import to UK so no warranty given. Contacted seller no luck, contacted ebay response not their problem. Contacted my own bank, their response :the way ebay operates it's impossible to get money back .

Following your review, we conducted an internal investigation to better understand what happened with your reservation. We acknowledge that you informed us about your flight delay, and we regret that, despite our communication with the supplier, the car was not held for you as hoped.

As a broker, Auto Europe works with a wide network of independent car hire suppliers. While we do our best to assist in situations like these, the final decisions, such as whether to wait for a delayed customer or issue a refund, are made by the supplier. In this case, we were unfortunately unable to secure a different outcome, despite our reservation team’s efforts.

We sincerely apologise if this was not clearly communicated at the time. We also regret any misunderstanding caused by the suggestion that the vehicle would be held, as this was not a guarantee but rather a possibility dependent on the supplier’s policies. This lack of guarantee was stated in the email we sent to you on 20 December.

Additionally, the terms and conditions regarding cancellations were explained, including that bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable. Despite this, our team still contacted the supplier to request an exception and seek a refund on your behalf. Unfortunately, the supplier declined this request.

As a broker, we are not the vehicle provider and do not have the authority to override the supplier’s decisions regarding refunds or vehicle availability. Our role is to facilitate the booking process and support communication, but the rental terms and final decisions are determined by the car hire company.

Your experience has been shared internally to help us improve the clarity and support we provide in time-sensitive situations. We are truly sorry for the frustration this caused and appreciate you taking the time to raise your concerns.

Keep away

Booked the car for Christmas holiday. Plane was late so I contacted the office and agreed to pay extra for late collection, when I arrived office was closed so I had to hire car from normal hire company. Next day I was told that my booking was cancelled and they stole my money.

Still stuck in 19 century

Still stuck in 19 century, bring the service cables the way other service providers do underground is to advanced for openreach. Promised to connect bt line and do it underground, but when engineers arrived they instead suggested wrap my house in cables and install some additional laundry lines for my neighbour.

Criminals

Delivered rotten tomatoes and smashed our car. Driver admitted that it was his fault signed the form, but when I contacted ocado customer service number shown on the form they had no willingness to help or repair my car just were transferring me to dead phone line, I left messages but no response.
I had to pay from my insurance for the car repair. My insurance contracted ocado but they denied the responsibility even though driver admitted on the accident form.
