Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. They can't communicate between the company instructing them and the contractors they use. I had appointments cancelled because they couldn't source parts but when I tried myself I received the parts within 3 days. They then cancelled the appointment to fit these parts saying they didn't have the parts. I phoned to confirm again that I had the parts and was told it was cancelled only to find out on the day they had cancelled it. They have them missed a free appointment for the same day because they didn't instruct the contractor and have delayed my repair by another week. (This is months into the repairs job just for an oven!) Even if parts are under warranty I'd save yourself a lot of stress and time and use a local contractor.

Absolutely terrible product and…

Absolutely terrible product and customer service. I can't believe they've created a hoodie that is hand wash only for a start. Even after hand wash at 30 degs, inside out, the font still bubbled and peeled off. Complete waste of money. I have no idea how their products sell so well and can only assume those with font still in tact after washing are counterfeit. When the counterfeit products are better quality than the genuine you know something is off! 😂🤦Please save your money!

Sofa hasn't arrived after being told twice it would

We purchased a sofa back in November which was due to arrive yesterday. I spoke to Dfs the day before to ask if it would definitely arrive on the specified day as we were renting a van and I took the day off work. I was told it definitely would be there on the specified day. I then spoke with someone yesterday lunchtime to ask if they had a delivery time and was told again that although they didn't have a time it would be arriving that day. Still no sofa and no contact from DFS and no update on the Dfs 'track my order' page. I understand there can be delays but do not understand why two people from DFS said it would definitely arrive for me to collect yesterday. They also said I could collect from the distribution centre which I have since been told is not possible.
People in store are very helpful but misinformed call handlers are costing customers time and money

Found out after waiting a month that item no longer available

After over 4 weeks my order still hadn't arrived. I emailed to chase it only to be told they are not available. I then requested a refund and have no response despite sending 3 emails.

Following a negative review I have now received a response advising they have issued a refund

Terrible quality, nothing like described. Curtains were meant to be embroidered and blackout but material cheap and plain and let all light through.

Stop emailing me!!

Hughesnet still continue to email me regarding one of their customer's accounts despite me telling them on numerous occasions they have the wrong email address. It's not just annoying but they have continously emailed me the actual customer's personal details. Data protection obviously means little to them.
