So thankful to the engineer that came and repaired everything the first engineer had ruined. The water is no longer running outside. However my water bill is higher than usual. The first engineer I'm afraid was useless and same happened the first time he came to do repairs.

Sent wrong size and then expected me to go to trouble of returning it rather than picking up or just sending replacement. How can you mistake 10ee for 8ee

Had never used it before but found the instructions clear and easy to follow. The QR code amazingly scanned straight away and the locker opened without hitch. The only problem I had was scanning my receipt

My parcel was left on my doorstep and it rained heavily for several hours so when i finally picked it up it was soaking wet. This was despite there being cover within 2 steps. It also said it was handed to the customer this was a lie as no one was home.

Fast efficient service. The only problem was that I wasn't in when it was delivered so had to ask it to be redelivered to next door. The book is lovely and what a reasonable price special gift for someone.
