The staff was friendly, and I appreciate their time and effort. However, the salesman was not transparent about the additional costs, which was a surprise when it was time to finalise the purchase. He also openly admitted to having very little car knowledge, which was not reassuring. He claimed the vehicle did not have CarPlay, so I booked and paid a deposit for a third-party installation. However, after the handover, I discovered the car had CarPlay. Despite these issues, the process was efficient, and a wide selection of vehicles existed.

I moved home on the 15th of December. I had pre-arranged Sky to move with me. Sadly, Sky let me down because there was no Openreach connection at my house. The soonest they could arrange a crane was mid-January. I called Virgin and made a plan for a next-day connection. Happy days. I stayed home all Saturday but the Yodel driver was a no-show. I called Virgin to find out where he was after the specified 2-hour slot, and was told he missed me. Rubbish. No knock. No slip. Nothing. I offered to collect the equipment from the depot and was told this wasn't possible. The delivery finally came on Monday.

I ordered 2x 5kg weights (#11346) from Iron Strength just over two months ago and have still not received the order. Upon placing the order, the expected delivery time was 2 weeks (due to Covid challenges).
3 weeks after placing the order, I attempted to reach out to Iron Strength for a delivery update; sadly, their website was no longer active. Upon further investigation, their phone number didn't work, and my emails bounced.
I can only assume they're running a scam.

Review of Go Assist
On Tuesday the 4th of August 2020, I called Go Assist to see if they could fix my Indesit fridge. The Chatham (Kent) engineer was then booked for Thursday 6th after I had specifically told them that I was out of town until the 10th. I tried calling several times and ended up having to drive to the engineer's workplace to confirm that he was aware that I was not in on Thursday. He rescheduled for today (11th of August). At 12 pm I called the engineer to make sure I would be at home when he was scheduled to arrive and was informed that he'd be with me between 2 pm to 4 pm. At 4:30 pm I called the engineer and after 30 mins of being on-hold the call was dropped. I then called Go Assist and after a further 12 mins on hold, I decided to hang up and try the engineer again. I tried calling back the engineer and it went straight to voicemail "Sorry, we're closed". The temperature is 31 degrees and my fridge still isn't repaired! I'm clearly not impressed, and what's worse is the Go Assist rep up-sold an insurance policy so it looks like we're stuck with poor service going forward.
