Although it took me extremely long to accumulate 1000-CBS, I managed to reach my target & submitted my payout request. I was skeptical of CinchBucks at first because I've submitted a number of Support Requests to them & they've never replied, however, it only took 7-Business days for the PayPal payment to reflect. I'm a South African CinchBucks Member too, which puts me towards the very bottom of the earning category.
