New equipment. But seems catered to females, nothing much for men. New equipment has also taken away space on gym floor, so if jackets aren’t tucked away the PT’s tell you it’s a trip hazard but when they take up a machine with multiple dumbbells and mats it’s not a trip hazard? Toilets are always dirty and smell, it’s an ok place to train at 4am but after work, forget about it, won’t get on anything.

Me and the family visited recently for the Inflatable Zone. We were unsure what to expect but the kids had so much fun. This is the second time we've been and we will be back.

Took a whole week after the original expected delivery date to receive the package. Was a complete inconvenience. Called the company and left a voicemail as instructed to which I have still not had a reply. Zero customer service.

Hi Adam, thank you for your order, i am sorry to hear that you have not enjoyed the shopping experience we strive for. I can confirm that our voicemail is being fixed so that we can retrieve the messages, i apologise that you were not attended to.
I can see that we sent the order out on time with DPD local and the correct Saturday service. Looking at the tracking ID a delivery was attempted on Saturday as requested at our checkout when placing the order at 11:11. A calling card was left and a re-delivery was arranged for the following day Sunday along with a request to leave with a neighbour but yet again it would appear the driver struggled to gain access to your court. A further attempt was refused by someone at the address and on the 5th attempt the driver finally managed to complete the delivery.
It does seem as though this was a greater struggle than it should be on this ocassion. I would consider using an alternative address that has easy access or utilise the DPd local option to leave at a local shop where you can then collect at your earliest convenience. The DPD drivers consistently went to the correct address but if access is denied and the consignee is not in at the time of delivery it can create difficulties. The last thing we want is the delivery process to become an ordeal as we want the customer to receive the products they have paid for as soon and effortless as possible.
