Office discount has been continuously…

Office discount has been continuously failing to deliver and kind of human decency when it comes to customer service. The dispatcher just hung up on me and colleagues when we call to enquire about refunds we claimed on products we received, drenched in soap, which they packaged wrong; ruining print cartridges worth around 600 EUR. It's been a week and we still haven't received a refund or replacements. Or even a reply. An instance like this happens every single time I order from the company. Whether it be scattered plastic desk organisers arriving in pieces or exploded ball point pens covering everything in ink. I hope to find an alternative very soon!

An awful intrusive experience, lasting a year.

Life residential was so upsetting and frustrating to be dependent on, I don't even know where to begin with the list of problems.
The agency and our agent Anca would only get back to us if she needed something from us; if we needed something fixed she'd take days or weeks to answer, then the same period of time to follow up which is especially exciting when the entire toilet door falls out of it's place and you have to learn to let go of your privacy.
Endless viewing slots were booked where I rushed home to attend only to receive an email one hour and a half late into the booked slot saying they'll only use the last 15 minutes or just to them not showing up at all without any notice. When asking them to let me know next time if any amendments occur to the viewings I only received passive aggressive emails.
They also have massive fees that come as surprises and like to attend your apartment without a set date and time, on a day they only inquired about.
