Ellie went to great lengths

Ellie recognised the issue with our toilet and went to great lengths to ensure we understood the problem which was a slow leak that had been coming from the water supply pipe feeding the cistern. A temporary fix was made to allow the floor to dry out before reinstating the toilet.

No assistance, merely deferring response until voucher expires.

Received a 2 part voucher as a gift. Tried for months to have one of the elements redeemed but AS did not help and the voucher expired. Despite being in dispute AS used the expiry date to terminate the discussion. Appalling client handling. No assistance merely deferring. We've advised all potential donors not to use. Such a poorly run business. The owners should be ashamed of themselves

Disappointed

I had to cease membership for a major operation. When looking to rejoin I was not able to take advantage of a reduced fee because my recovery was insufficiently advanced at the time of the offer. On requesting the local gym to assist in helping me take advantage if the good deal it took 4 days for the gym to respond and they did nothing to help. I found that disappointing as I had used the gym for a long time before needing to stop for the operation.

Promised for Friday, arrived on following Tuesday

Had to chase for confirmation of delivery date the day before the final date provided i.e. approx. ten days after placing the order. The then agreed date was a Friday which didn't happen (I was advised at 5:05pm) and the delivery wasn't effected until the following Tuesday pm. Definitely not what I had come to expect, after using Certas for 20 plus years.

Jet2 were just brilliant.

We were about to lose our holiday due to a death just a couple of days before leaving. Jet2 helped find space in the same hotel 2 weeks later. Brilliant service and the Jet2 travel experience was as we found previously, very good and we even caught up by 30 minutes on a 4 hour flight delayed due to French air traffic delays. Very happy.
