Refund only processed after formal complaint – took 1.5 months

I ordered a pair of speakers from Doublepoint, but the order was never delivered and eventually had to be cancelled.

The refund process took about one and a half months and required multiple support tickets and follow-ups. Each time I was told the refund would be processed soon, and I was even informed that several refund attempts had been made, but nothing actually arrived.

After sending a formal email requesting the refund and mentioning further escalation, the refund was suddenly processed and the money was returned the same day/same hour.

While I eventually received the refund, the process was unnecessarily long and frustrating. If I had known it would take this much effort to get my money back, I would not have ordered from them in the first place.

Even if their prices are sometimes slightly lower, the experience with customer service makes it hard for me to recommend the store, and I will likely avoid ordering from them again in the future.

Outstanding service

Outstanding service. After days of problems and delays elsewhere, including struggles with online orders and incomplete deliveries, Profile managed to do what seemed impossible: they sourced my missing tyre within one hour and mounted it immediately.

Thanks to their professionalism and efficiency, I was able to leave on holiday as planned. I honestly doubt that many places within a 50 km radius could have handled this situation so quickly and effectively.

Clear communication, fast action, and a real customer-first attitude. This is how service should be done. Highly recommended.

Impact of delivery issues and incurred losses

This experience involved multiple orders and significant inconvenience.

One tyre from my initial set was lost in transit and 1 month later refunded. Wanting to avoid further delay, I ordered an additional tyre with paid 2-day delivery. Despite this, delivery was postponed multiple times, with no clear communication, and I even took time off work to wait for a delivery that never happened.

During the same period, another retailer successfully delivered via the same courier within one day, which made the situation even more frustrating.

Ultimately, on the day I was supposed to leave for holiday, I had to buy another tyre locally at a higher price just to be able to travel. While refunds were eventually issued, the real cost was much higher: lost time, lost holiday, and extra money spent.

Problems can happen, but the lack of a fast, customer-oriented solution turned a manageable issue into a costly one. I would have paid slightly more elsewhere for reliability and peace of mind.

No warranty and no customer care

I bought a Traxxas Rustler VXL from this shop and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with their warranty support.

After only light use, the servo gears failed. This is a well-known weak point of the Rustler, but instead of acknowledging this or offering a fair solution, the shop claimed the car had suffered a “significant impact” — even though the car shows only minor scratches from normal driving. The Rustler is otherwise a very solid car, and I am happy with it, but the refusal to support me on such a cheap and common issue (a part worth around €5) shows a lack of customer care.

I even offered to pay the difference for an upgraded metal gear set, but this was dismissed. In the end, I had to buy the replacement elsewhere. For such a small cost, the shop could have easily shown good will and earned a loyal customer. Instead, I’m left with the impression that warranty here is only honored in theory, not in practice.

I will be looking to other suppliers for parts and upgrades in the future, and I share this review so that others are aware of what to expect.

Based on the photos provided, we observed that the vehicle showed clear signs of use, including multiple scratches and visible damage, meaning it was no longer in a like-new condition. The nature and extent of these marks are consistent with use involving impacts beyond normal light driving.

The reported issue concerned damaged servo gears. Unfortunately, servo gears only fail when subjected to excessive mechanical load or impact. For this reason, servo gears are never covered under warranty, regardless of brand or model. This is a standard policy within the RC hobby and is also reflected in manufacturer guidelines.

We understand that this is a relatively inexpensive and common component, and we appreciate your suggestion to contribute toward an upgraded part. However, warranty decisions must be based on the cause of the damage, not the cost of the part. In this case, the visual evidence and the type of failure clearly indicated impact-related damage rather than a manufacturing defect.

We genuinely regret that this outcome did not meet your expectations and that it affected your impression of our service. Your feedback is valued, and we thank you for taking the time to share it.

I recently had a new CV-ketel installed by this team and I am very satisfied with their work. From the first contact, communication was clear and straightforward. The technicians arrived on time, or informed when they were delayed, worked efficiently, and paid attention to detail throughout the installation.

They made sure everything was installed neatly, explained the functions of the new system, and left the space clean and tidy. I especially appreciated their professionalism and willingness to answer all my questions.

Overall, a reliable team that I would definitely recommend for anyone considering a CV-ketel installation.
