Refund only processed after formal complaint – took 1.5 months
I ordered a pair of speakers from Doublepoint, but the order was never delivered and eventually had to be cancelled.
The refund process took about one and a half months and required multiple support tickets and follow-ups. Each time I was told the refund would be processed soon, and I was even informed that several refund attempts had been made, but nothing actually arrived.
After sending a formal email requesting the refund and mentioning further escalation, the refund was suddenly processed and the money was returned the same day/same hour.
While I eventually received the refund, the process was unnecessarily long and frustrating. If I had known it would take this much effort to get my money back, I would not have ordered from them in the first place.
Even if their prices are sometimes slightly lower, the experience with customer service makes it hard for me to recommend the store, and I will likely avoid ordering from them again in the future.
