The engineers did a first class job and quickly. Flawless performance.
However making contact with British Gas themselves to arrange the appointment was extremely difficult

I've been using Cult pens from early into my Fountain Pen hobby and frankly, obsession.This must be at least 3-4 years. Cult seem to have most things including unusual brands such as Mnemosyne paper & a huge variety of inks and pens. Prices are always competitive, there or thereabouts and after sales service has been good. I have bought many items from Cult pens, spending quite a lot of money & on those very rare occasions where there has been a problem, they have provided excellent no fuss back up. Dispatch of goods has always been accurate and extremely prompt. Cult pens seem to be well thought of worldwide
