Excellent delivery

John W. and Stefan did an outstanding job delivering both the 2-seater and 3-seater sofas. They arrived on time, communicated clearly about the delivery schedule, handled the heavy lifting with ease, placed the sofas perfectly in the living room, and cleaned up all the packaging afterward. A solid 5-star experience—absolutely no complaints!

Excellent delivery

Order no: 23021/001281 : Two armchairs and a garden swing were delivered today with exceptional service by Adrian and Gary. They did an outstanding job, ensuring everything was handled carefully and checking in with us before moving the furniture in. They unpacked everything efficiently and left no mess behind, which is exactly what we wanted. Just as it's important to get the products right, it's equally crucial for the delivery to be top-notch. We give five stars for the service we received today. Thank you!

Highly Recommend

Having Rats and hearing the noise is the most horrible thing to imagine. I spoke to Valerie explained the whole situation , she was calm and confident by 3 visits they could literally get rid of pests. They are bit pricey but yeah as the cost of living has gone up, I don’t blame them.
By the end of 3rd visit, rats disappeared they handled well. I definitely recommend them.

Cake looked amazing and was delicious just bit too sweet , the reason giving 3 star was , my cake box was wet when it came in, which I dint like it .
Might be it was a rainy day transportation wasn’t great ,

I so much wanted and waited for long to…

I so much wanted and waited for long to have dressing table , but the delivery person don’t want to put an effort to place it inside , unfortunately we have to reject. When we ringed Customer care not bothered, no apology and the lady told , we can’t take inside and arranged refund . Not bothered if sales , pathetic customer service not friendly at all.

I really liked the product

I really liked the product, but the packing was bad and the box was ripped off. And my products were left outside the house, glad it was not raining , if its raining the whole thing got wetted out.

But products are good.

Thanks for getting in touch.

I have spoken to our warehouse team regarding how we package our orders and will be putting in place improvements. We have also spoken to our couriers regarding leaving the order, which they should not have done. I'm certain however if the it was raining (or threatening to)vthe courier would have decided against leaving the goods outside.

I'm glad you liked the products, hopefully next time we can get a 5* review.
