I recently bought a loft ladder from Keylite and happy with the experience overall. Ordering and delivery was quick and hassle free. The loft ladder feels well made with some innovative design features that made installation easier. It is a little bit tricky trying to remove and re-attach the ladder from and to the frame during installation as the brackets tend to foul on the hinges and springs but otherwise a well made product and I'm more than happy with it.

Good prices and range

Best price I could find for the timber I needed. 4 stars because I had to ring up to find out when the items were going to be delivered. Otherwise happy with the experience and would definitely use again.

No hassle service

Found what I wanted. The price was good. Ordered it on a Friday for delivery to Dublin, Ireland. Got an email later that day to say it had been dispatched. Received the following Wednesday. Excellent, no hassle, no delay service! Definitely recommend and would definitely use again!
