first they closed my Amazon card that I…

first they closed my Amazon card that I had for 2 years out of the blue for no apparent reason, never late, never over limit. then they reduced my Sam's Club to $100 and again never had any issues. then my Lowe's went from $700 to $100 after I used it for the first time. never got a statement, but website said No payment due every time I checked. then had issues with website and when i finally did the due date showed as May 4 and interest and a late charge of $30 and a note that I was over my credit limit. this was for stuff bought the end of April. similar experience with Belk, reduced credit from $3000 to $600 right after Christmas and again was first time I used it a couple times. actually paid balance in full first month, then next time paid half when I got the statement and finished paying the next month. similar experience with 76 card. this company is without a doubt one of the absolute worst financial companies I have ever dealt with in the more than 50 years since I was old enough to have my own bank account and credit in my name. their policies and procedures border on being criminal and customer service is next to non-existent. it's a shame so many good, reputable retailers have these crooks handle their store credit cards. I want to just cancel every single card so bad and never do business with them in any way, shape, or form but will heed the advice from financial experts and keep the accounts open and just never, ever use them again. avoid them at all cost. I'll restrict myself to cash only if I ever want to get anything from any of the retailers they represent or do without. one star is far too generous.

I have found them to be very efficient…

I have found them to be very efficient in processing and shipping orders and when I had an issue where I placed duplicate orders for a computer by accident, then ended up needing to return them, the customer service people that I talked to were very helpful and they took care of everything efficiently and professionally.

the website is easy to use and the…

the website is easy to use and the instructions clear and concise. the information provided is sufficient and easy to understand, making the booking process easy and fast, with the added benefit of knowing that any financial data is transmitted safely and securely. last, but not least, the prices are excellent. the only thing i wish is that it be possible to select exactly the car i want and know that it will be waiting for me to pick up and not have been substituted with a similar, but different model.

Excellent coverage, amazingly low price and quick and easy sign-up.

The sign-up process is quick and easy. The cost for the insurance policy for complete coverage for any car rentals for an entire year is an excellent deal. I am renting a car for 13 days the first two weeks of February and I am saving enough money over the cost of getting the insurance through the rental car company to come very close to paying the entire amount for the annual policy. That means that for the rest of the year I will have complete rental car coverage without any further cost, which could potentially save me hundreds of dollars. That makes renting a car much more affordable and appealing and, for me, takes a lot of the stress associated with rental away. Definitely would recommend this to anyone contemplating renting a car 14 days or more over the next 12 months.
