I've been taken their collagen for 3 months, doesn't work. The credit card could not be removed, and I was just sent an item I didn't order, and obviously charged for it! You can't delete your account or remove you card details, so please avoid.

The ferry itself is not bad, but the food is horrible and hop on/hop off needs to be organized better.

I’ve been ordering from Vision Direct since 2022. Fast delivery, great customer service and always satisfactory.

Horrible customer service. If anything at all goes wrong, they won’t help, they don’t understand simple requests and that’s probably because they can’t speak proper English.

I ordered items online from Life Pharmacy and clearly selected my hotel as the delivery location. However, the system changed the address automatically without notifying me. On Thursday evening—the expected delivery day—I received a message stating the address was incorrect. Only then did I realize the issue and promptly provided the exact hotel details for redelivery the next day (all was done via Whatsapp) (Friday).

Despite my efforts, the items were never delivered. I requested a refund since I could no longer wait. I was promised a refund early Friday morning, yet by Saturday, I still received nothing.

This entire process has been far more frustrating and time-consuming than it should have been. I do not recommend using Life Pharmacy’s online platform—their customer service is slow, unhelpful, and lacks follow-through. If you’re on a tight schedule or expecting reliable service, consider alternatives.

I chose bobblehead as a gift for a friend, but after receiving the product that looked nothing like the picture I sent, I have no gift for my friend. I spoke to customer service, they would appear to be very helpful and understanding at first by asking you about details of your disappointment, after you reply with pictures and evidence, they tell you they’re sorry and that’s the best they can do… which went straight to the garbage. Very bad craftsmanship and worse customer service at a high price.

I used Wheely for travel to Russia, I booked a ride from the airport to the hotel a week in advance, when I arrived at the airport, the booking was cancelled for no clear reason! After talking to the support team, another ride was assigned to us, the wait in the airport was frustrating. Then things were fine, until I cancelled a ride way ahead of time, while it showed that it was cancelled in the app, the driver didn’t get the cancellation and I was charged for the entire ride as a no show. Be careful, things are tricky with this app.

It’s usually very convenient to book a play on the LondonTheatre website as it shows all the plays, but the price difference between the LondonTheatre website and the theatre itself is not worth that convenience. In some cases, LondonTheatre was 30£ more expensive than the theatre website. So for me, I book directly through the theatre where the play is showing.

It’s so easy and so fast, I’m speechless!

This is my second pair, and most probably not my last. The pair is so comfortable, it’s like walking on a pillow. The service is great and delivery was fast. Only wish their was express international delivery.
