Bought a jacket. Needed to return for refund. Had to leave a review before anyone would contact me.
Given return details and sent having to pay heavily for postage.
Tracking number revealed the following:
According to the latest data from the information system of Slovenska posta, a. s., parcel with the tracking number RN857976789GB is currently being held at the customs office Bratislava due to incomplete documentation. . Addressee was notified about how to proceed as Slovenska posta, a. s., only represents individuals, not companies in a matter of customs clearance. In case if there is no response from addressee, item may be returned back to the sender. For additional information, we suggest to contact directly addressee of the item.
If we can be of any further assistance please let us know.

So now it looks as though I will be receiving the item back again as nobody will reply to the postal service in Slovakia.
Terrible company Do NOT pay them any money.

I ordered my plants as flowering to…
I ordered my plants as flowering to make a lovely summer flower plant for the dining table, as yet (September) have not seen one. The compost was so light that unless watered frequently 2 to 3 times a day they became 'dry as a bone'. I am still not sure whether I should have returned them. Packaging was good but plastic not eco friendly. Sorely disappointed.
