Absolutely outrageous! I sent a parcel to my daughter 3 weeks ago to Zakynthos, Greece. Since then I've tracked it regularly and have ended up being told by Evri's recorded messages that an attempt to deliver it happened on the 24/06/2025, which I totally accept. Since then it has been at the pickup point, wherever that is. I wasn't told or given any information on that so I could inform my daughter as to where to go. The message service told me today 01/07/2025 that another attempt was made on the 20/06/2025, how is that possible, and then after calling back yet again was 'told' that it had been delivered on Sunday 29/06/2025!!! I phoned them again yesterday 30/06/2025 and luckily enough was able to leave another message for a 'callback' which is supposed to happen within 24 hours. I heard nothing from them. I managed to get through the bombardment of options again today and left another message at 14:00pm for another 24 hour callback. Let's see if I get this one!!!

Absolutely disgusting!!! My sister in Australia has sent me roses via M&S which were delivered approximately half hour ago. My windows are open due to the heat so I was able to see the delivery driver walk past my lounge windows. Before I could reach the door (I have MS) I heard a 'thud'. He had literally dropped the box onto my cemented front door step. He was sullen and totally dismissive of me. If my 'gift' had been made of glass or any other breakable material it would have been completely destroyed!!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour!!!

Arthur at the Hitchin branch (Sainsburys). I have been in Retail/Hotel & Hospitality for over 46 years, so when my son & I went to collect a Lay Z Spa this afternoon we had the pleasure of meeting this young man. He couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. There was an issue with the weight of this particular product and he did everything possible to accommodate us. He definitely deserves a raise! I have always found pre-booked parking at the Luton Parkway to be so convenient, but on Monday 26/02/2024 most of the ground level parking spaces had been blocked off. I am disabled with blue badges, but found myself having to drive up 2 stories to find a parking space and then make my way around the parking lot to get to the stairs to get down to ground level. If you have disabled customers, why can't you have a service on your app that gives us some kind of priority parking or that give us allowances to make it easier to access the airport. I was seeing my son off on a short break, but then had to get back to my car alone.

I absolutely love Amazon and have been shopping with them for years, but I couldn't believe it when a Botabay Dog Stroller was bought as a gift for my ageing dog from my sister and the description states that it has a rear storage pocket, it doesn't!!! That was one of the main reasons it was purchased. My ageing dog loves it, but we are so disappointed. My sister spent over £205.00 on it.......how disappointing!!!
