I had been going to a different nail salon for years and was skeptical about trying a place.. but I'm SO happy I came here.

Linda always takes care of me.. I show her a picture of what nail design I want and she always delivers. You can tell she's very experienced and knows what she's doing.

It's also the little details. The free therapy. The constant chat and laughter. Knowing you're in great hands too!

I live in Ireland and have friends and colleagues who live in Indianapolis. I came across Steve's flowers about 18 months ago and his service is nothing short of exceptional.

Every time I order a bouquet, they are always perfect. They always arrive fresh, on time and aren't that expensive (compared to prices in Ireland).

I placed my order on Monday evening and received my ‘bouquet’ delivery Tuesday evening at 6.15pm as a gift to my mum (these were actually delivered to another address earlier today and the courier informed me that is why they were late - this alone is not acceptable).

This is the first time I have used Teleflorist and judging by the condition of the flowers delivered, it will be my last. My order came to a total of €36.98 and what was delivered cost no more than €10.

Needless to say I am extremely disappointed and will not recommend this service going forward. I have read countless reviews regarding your service and I am glad my partner didn't order my Valentines flowers from here.

I don't think I have ever read so many bad reviews about one company. You really need to do something to repair your damaged reputation.

Utterly disappointing!

My partner purchased the GG wool stole with Web scarf as a present for me less than 24 hours ago and it has arrived this morning, beautifully packaged and Giada (customer service assistant) was nothing short of amazing. 5 star service from a 5 star company!

EDIT: there was small tear in my scarf and Gucci, again, handled this exceptionally. Although it took 2 weeks, a new scarf was delivered to me.

First off, I am never one to post a bad review on any website but this needs to be said so other people are aware! I had read some bad (and good) reviews before I checked in with my boyfriend and honestly we didn’t know what to expect. The lady at the check in desk couldn’t be more helpful and offered us a villa.

Our room was not what we expected at all! Our first night wasn’t too bad (apart from the dodgy lock on the door and the narrow and steep stairs). Our second night here was a different story, my partner found HUNDREDS of bugs and ants crawling up the walls and on the floor. Immediately, we went to reception to change rooms (after a rude few minutes at reception) and managed to get a different villa.
The second villa wasn’t as bad but we couldn’t shake the feeling of dirt, dust and bugs! To make matters worse, we had both started to appear covered in bites (these I still have and I am only home 1 day).

I completely understand that this ‘3 star’ hotel is cheap, cheerful and you get what you pay for. However, there appears to be no standard of cleanliness whatsoever! I am well aware it’s not 5 star, but I had to constantly ask for clean towels, toilet paper and check for bugs!

It wasn’t all doom and gloom though as there were some positives. The pool area is lovely, spacious and fairly modern (considering!). The location of the hotel is great in the centre of the strip and accessible to pubs, clubs and shops.

To sum it all up, yes, it is very cheap and cheerful but I would honestly prefer to pay more and receive a higher standard. The bug bites are a constant reminder of that!
