Fantastisk service

Fantastisk service, kom snabbt inom förväntad tid. Förpackningen var riktigt snygg, kanske lite overkill, men varan kom fram säkert. Jag blev mycket positivt överraskad och fick ett leende på läpparna när jag öppnade paketet.

One of the most infuriating experience…

One of the most infuriating experience I have ever had for your own sanity stay far away.

I bought a battery and kept asking where is my battery and never really got a real answer, they just canceled the order even though other suppliers could easily get the battery a few days after the cancellation.

And then it took them so incredibly long to send my money back. And the general tone is very arrogant, there is no and I mean no customer service.

And the only reason for two stars and not one is that at least I got my money back. Oh yeah, and this whole process took a month and 1 day.

Even though it took a little bit of…

Even though it took a little bit of time to get my items and we had to remove one of them, however I did get the option to keep it but then deliver time would have taken longer.

The staff are very nice they probably have some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, so a solid five stars from me.

Not like the nasty customer service at campingvaruhuset.se which is a place you should avoid at all costs as they will just cancel your orders and remove the items from the website.

So if that's a place you are considering to place your money place them here instead, much nicer experience.

You do not allocate enough RAM to my server

My day job is working as a DevOps and I can honestly say that it would probably have been easier to spin up a virtual machine and install a Minecraft server now I just wasted the last hour trying to set up a Minecraft server in the stupid web interface and the Multicraft Password is getting sent in plain text that's just a plain stupid choice in 2020 and the web interface is slow and you should probably get a UX designer to redesign your web interface because the layout is very confusing and don't even get me started on trying to find your support.

This is the error I get in the log:
There is insufficient memory for the Java Runtime Environment to continue.
Native memory allocation (mmap) failed to map 1431830528 bytes for committing reserved memory.

This means from my Googling you do not allocate enough RAM to my server. I paid for two gigabytes, and that is definitely enough to run a vanilla Minecraft server. Again another stupid application design decision. Who made your system you should probably get a refund.

Har du kontaktet PostNord, som jeg skrev du skulle? Jeg har nemlig ikke hørt fra dem. Jeg har heller ikke modtaget en mail med billeder fra dig, af de ødelagte varer. Hvis du HAR sendt den, må du meget gerne sende den igen ;-) Har ikke fået den.........

Så kan vi komme videre på en ordentlig måde og så behøver du ikke oprette flere profiler rundt omkring, hvor du kan give mig dårlige anmeldelser, komme med usande beskyldninger m.m.

Det ville være dejligt om vi begge kunne bruge tiden på noget mere opløftende og positivt ;-)
