Wouldn't touch this company again. I purchases a pair of walking trainers which apparently suddenly went out of stock after I paid for them, they failed to contact me stating this and I had to contact them to ask where they was, I was asked to accept a different colour from their uk warehouse and i would receive in a few days and that I would get a notification saying that it is on its way, I have had NO notification and still no walking trainers, I have asked yet again there they are or a full refund , still yet to hear back !!!!

Fast delivery the only issue i had was the axle was missing when i was putting it together on a Friday night from the original delivery and their offices was not open over the weekend so I couldn't contact them till Monday. The missing axle was posted out that day and I received it Tuesday afternoon

Delivery was great on time and the 2 guys was very helpful, the issues started once I started unpacking, I was missing all of the 50mm screws and the instructions didn't have the what timber was in the pack like it did with the fixings, but the thing that got me most worried is the 25 year anti rot warranty as a pack of the wrapped timber had B&Q tag on it and their timber is not gonna last that long

Extremely poor service from them and Ford
We have used Arnold Clark in Workington Cumbria for a good few years using the Ford options we have had a few issues with the new cars but nothing to major but due to the pandemic we was unable to get a new car on the Ford options due to a shortage of cars so we took a all but new car and this has had many problems and has been in to be fixed many times 95%of them being software and the other 5% being things falling off, we have been more than patient with no offer if any compensation from Arnold Clark or from Ford the latest issue is a safety one where driving at night the whole dashboard went dead no lights no speedometer no gauges no indicator the car was pulled over and restarted a few times with a 5min delay and nothing we had to finish our journey not knowing our speed so yet again Arnold Clark has been emailed only this time telling them that after this hopefully gets fixed yet again if anything goes wrong on it again I will be contacting trading standards and seeking legal advice and Contacting anyone else that I can

Left a poor reviews 2 days ago about how bad they treat an existing customer, I tried to get a better deal only to be told I had to pay an extra £91 the total expriance was very poor, it took them 30 minutes to find my account even after I gave them the sim phone number and the Acc number my address name and date of birth. My review was stating that I was so descusted that as a very long term customer I will be leave when my contract runs out. I did get a reply on here telling me to contact them on Facebook of which I did and suprise suprise no one has again bothered to reply or contact me on there
so my comment still stands Don't Use Three

just received a bill for £171 after …
just received a bill for £171 after being with them for 2 years and being in credit for all that time . each bill i received stated that i was in credit and that i seemed to be on the best tariff, UNTIL i found out that i was not and they couldn't match a price from a compare site, then suddenly i went from in credit to debt and after a few phone call and little customer help of being told different things from different people it turns out the the tariff i was on was an expensive one and i was told that it was my fault as i should have checked the bills as it sort of misleading states that i am on their best one
i would not touch this energy firm with a parge pole

Brought a drill and impact set [Erbauer ] for £150 about 18 months ago and this product has a 2 year guarantee , i have just called my branch to arrange for a replacement and surprise surprise they have no record of this purchase, i don't have a receipt as it had to be handed into the firm i worked for at the time and now i am stuck with a door stop and had no help from the store and seeing as screwfix are the only firm i have seen selling these tools, i feel that i have been fobbed off so they don't have to give a replacement out i will be cancelling my account with them and i will be telling everyone to use toolstation and NOT these clowns

i had my boiler care with British gas …
i had my boiler care with British gas for 6 years plus and after getting a new boiler fitted they increased my yearly bill by £40 and when asked i was told that my last legs boiler would cost less to repair than my shiny new one and that i was not allowed the new customer offer which would have saved me over £60 per year , so if your an existing customer you will be charged a higher price so i have cancelled my policy total dissatisfied with this treatment and would not recommend
