Easy to order samples from the website, unfortunately you are only allowed to order 3. Samples arrived within the estimated timescale and of good quality and a decent size.
One of the samples didn't match the colour on the website or of what the colour I thought it would have been.
I have ordered a Cormar Carpet from a recommended manufacture. Would recommend having a perusal especially if you need the carpet to match anything

Staff are friendly, they don't mither you, they let you browse the store and if you need assistance then they are happy to help.
We are governed by the measurements of where the corner suite would be housed and unfortunately, we couldnt have the one we initial wanted. Alternatives where presented, no pressure at all to purchase, upon second visit to the store we have now made a purchase.

Friendly and extremely helpful. Very professional and willing to search destinations and the distance of the hotels from the markets etc. I wanted to go to Berlin for the Christmas Markets, however, the place I wanted to go had been removed from the travel brochure. With patience and recommendations we finally agreed on Krakow with some additional extras. Happy all round.

Back from Rewind North, it didn’t disappoint. Friendly, helpful staff, security all around so felt perfectly safe.
Toilets and showers cleaned as soon as someone came out of them.
Tents to close to each other this year and the 4 man tent struggled to get 4 camp beds in the sleeping area.
Good quality tents, and didn’t let water in.
Quite a walk to the venue from the tents.
