The zoom link interview was quite tying as I do not enjoy doing things on line. The paperwork took ages to arrive. It would have been good to receive an email ensuring me that my home insurance policy was in place and that the paper work would follow

I am waiting for a pacage to be returned to me. Apparently its been delived, but not to me. It has not arrived. Where is it?

Very helpful staff when you phone up. A excellent product. Delivery as promised and it is really easy to change the delivery day.

Well, not so great this time. The printer was out of action at the garage I usually send from. I couldn't send my parcel and the nice guys behind the counter couldn't tell me when it would be fixed.

The website site is easy to use. They offer 10% off first order. I didn't manage this as I forgot to put the code in. However ordering was easy, my sandals arrived quickly . The sandals fit, so I don't need to test the returns mechanism. All good this time.

The young assistants in my local InPost drop off ( Elizabeth Way petrol station) are very pleasant and helpful. The drop off point is near my home. I have never had a problem with the brothers codes sent to my phone.

Katie was very helpful and extremely patient. I managed to pay the £'s I owed. Resetmy pass word and find out why I hadn't been able to login previously. We didn't quite manage to set up the correct bank account for my dealing a/c but I think that was due to my ineptitude.

This is the 2nd time I have used Inpost where there is no label and you just have the bar code to scan. This time it worked& the parcel arrived very fast. The first time, the parcel got lost and has never turned up. Consequently I was very worried that this 2nd parcel would also get lost.

Josh Q contacted me via email when I had a query and was extremely helpful. So far all my contacts with Octopus have been very positive. I changed to them as my energy supplier whe I moved house a month ago.

Well, I had a bill I did not understand and it was for quite a lot of money. It took a little while to untangle but the people I corresponded with were unfailingly polite and took a great deal trouble to sort out the confusion

I bought a display cupboard with glazed doors. It was pretty much exactly as described. It was a reasonable price, it arrived amazingly quickly and the guys who delivered it were great..

Ordering was easy. The product was well described . The plate rack arrived quickly, was well packed, so it did not arrive bent or damaged. It is a very cheerful red, very sturdy and exactly what I wanted.

Once you get the hang of it, selling books to World of Books is very staight forward and not difficult to do.

I undertook Understanding Autism Level 2. It is interesting and useful. I am new to online learning and am fi ding the course content fine, but struggle sometimes with the on line nature of the course. I am 76 and the Internet is a bit of a mystery to me.
The course it's self is informative, well laid out and I am enjoying it.

I saw the course advertised on Instagram. I have an autistic grandchild and thought more knowledge about neuro diversity could be useful. Thanks to Jess Lock, my telephone contact for Free Courses in England I applied and hope to be accepted on an Understanding Autism online course with Cambridge Regional College by the end of next week. Jess really went above & beyond to get me enrolled
