My whole experience was the best.

From start to finish the service is impeccable.
The items are packed beautifully and the quality for the price is incredible.
Since my health decreased and my weight increased I’ve felt awful in clothes till now,I’ve lost a little and the clothes look great and most importantly I feel great so thanks and here’s to many more orders.
Ps. I watched Mel for a long time before buying, im so pleased I jumped in x

The best experience

From selection, to purchase and delivery the store was amazing. Since I’ve slept in comfort and my pain has been so much better.
Wish I’d had the money to have done this years ago.

Delivery arrived on day and time…

Delivery arrived on day and time stated but product was damaged and when I pointed this out and showed them original pic I was told to call scs they'd knock £100 off. No apology didn't take any pics or note it down. I was advised signing was for delivery it self. I drove straight to scs shop to advise of my complaint.

I had an extremely good experience with Vision Express, from start to finish, the eye test was extremely informative information that I’ve never been given before and I’ve had many tests before. Everything was explained thoroughly and I was very impressed indeed.

I love Pavers

I love Pavers, I’m guaranteed to get an excellent pair of shoes or trainers, that support my feet in every way, I have issues with my feet and suffer a lot of pain when walking, Pavers help me to get something that fits me in a way that not only supports my actual foot but cushions my sole/heel stopping the shooting pains I normally get to be less sometimes not at all, also most of the trainers etc I get allow my feet to breath, therefore preventing them from sweating or over heating which is also a huge problem.
Overall: they are suitable, comfortable and very good. I would recommend anyone with issues or Devon those that don’t to try Pavers, you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

Not happy this time

I feel service wasn’t good.
I ordered 3 pairs of trainers etc and was refunded a couple of days later saying items unavailable, when I went online to order replacement the said items were still available to order, so I tried and again was refunded, when I checked the goods were still on sale, surely if this size etc is no longer available why isn’t it removed as is other sizes not available.
when I emailed my complaint I was fobbed off and my reply ignored.
So on this occasion I’m not happy with service.
Thank you for your speedy response it’s a shame I had to do this to get one.

The whole experience was excellent, the car was great and air conditioned. The driver has polite, very helpful and very informative, Thank you we look forward to our return journey on Friday at 6pm.
