Since November living in this house

Since November living in this house, it is has been an absolute joke. Day 1, the air conditioner did not work when we moved in. Winter time, heat didn't work. House flooded our bedroom, closet and master bathroom. The people came out and "attempted" to fix. The carpet was molding so they had to come back----the following week. Move-in was disgusting----house was beyond filthy. I've paid cleaning people to clean because of how gross this house is. Garage door had initial issues...not working. Temporary fixed and now it's been replaced. For months we have replaced batteries in smoke detectors because they're constantly going off. Light bulbs weren't in all the lights. We replaced them from the damn beginning. Fence had panels missing and our dog got out twice. Finally, someone repaired. Can't tell you how much time WE HAVE TAKEN OFF OF WORK BECAUSE OF THIS!!!! Spare bathroom toilet tank...cracked and leaking...replaced a couple of weeks ago. First rainstorm we endured, spare bedroom ceiling leaked through the roof. Last week the A/C unit failed. Shocker. Three guys come out and yet again, we take off. They can barely speak English. The didn't have any freon to fill the unit. Another guy comes by at 4:00 p.m. Another shock. He doesn't have enough and the previous guys never thawed the unit so it's frozen. He says he will be back at 7:00pm. At 10:30pm...10 freaking 30..at night...our doorbell rings. It's the A/C guy to put freon in. Unbelievable.

Today, Sunday July 17th, the A/C isn't working. 80 degrees in the house. We have put in another ticket...of course, no one can come out today.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life.
