Had to reorder as some goods out of stock, items received in a few days , delivered by post office , friendly and efficient, even at this busy time of the year . Happy with my order .

Moonpig usually have a great choice of cards, I always use them , this time I wanted a new baby , great grandson card , it was listed in categories and yet they never had one ,so I had to choose a normal card without any acknowledgement that it was for my first great grandson , I was disappointed .
Site easy to navigate , unable to send a gift overseas , very disappointed that I couldn’t .

Delivery was quick , instructions for getting wrapper off mattress were easy to follow Mattress cold for first few nights , then temperature corrected itself as bed expanded .
Ordered and delivered quickly efficiently and professionally , constant notifications with news regarding delivery of order , delivered within the time slot stated in email. Very pleased with service. Thanks to all concerned .
