Couldn't complete on line but had to wait until Monday to use the free phone option. The man on the phone was very helpful and it had gone down about 50p.!

Great comfort. It is the first time I have been able to sit upright and touch the floor. I am only 4.10. Your petite chair is just perfect. Love the colour of the fabric, light burgundy.

Great hotel and resort. Sami was quiet and without too many tourists. The hotel was great. Lovely staff and the food was very good.

The hotel and resort were both excellent. The jet 2 team were once again very efficient. The food in the hotel was great and the evening's entertainment was brilliant most nights. We liked the resort because we got the local bus around the island and caught the ferry to the local nature reserve of lobos island. There were plenty of places to walk to from the hotel. We especially enjoyed walking to the vast sand dunes. The only negative thing was that we had to carry our heavy cases up two flights of stairs. No porters. We were also told our room had a safe by jet2 however we had to pay for it.

Great gym. Always clean and tidy. Shame that the showers are so cold

It was quite efficient, however it took three times of entering my bank details to pay and I know I entered the numbers in correct.

It is a lovely bright and clean gym. The equipment is in good order. The cleaner keeps the showers and changing rooms exceptionally clean. The staff are friendly. The only down side is that the showers are cold. I have reported it on several occasions but nothing changes.

The gym is clean, light and airy with all the equipment I need however the showers are cold. They are very clean; the female cleaner is excellent but the shower switch off very quickly and when they turn back on again they are cold then tepid.

A very helpful sales assistant. I found I could not book on line as the booking page would not load; I must admit I prefer booking on the phone.

Brilliant printed tee-towels from Bags of Love. I ordered three printed tee towels for my daughters and had to upload pictures from my computer. One of them was an original photo but I had to get one of my daughters to send me the other two. It did says that the image on the two my daughter sent wasn't of high enough quality but because I didn't have the original I decided to use them. The tee towels arrived very quickly and were of great quality. The pictures were just great and I was really pleased with them. Thank you BagsofLove for the care you gave my order.

I found it difficult to contact you after I had paid for my insurance.
The usual check done by my bank did not happen so I tried to telephone to check if my money had been taken. This took me over three hours to get a response from your telephone operator. However, once answered he was very helpful.

Great scales - arrived quickly. Not tried yet as they are a present.

Chairs were quite good for the money. The only thing was there was some white marks in the wood on one of the legs. However, this wasn't too bad.
