I placed a Tesco online order for over £100, and this was my only day off – Sunday. The delivery slot I paid for was 9–10 pm. In the early afternoon, the app suddenly showed that my order had already “left the shop,” with a message saying there were 10 stops before mine. That status didn’t change at all until 10 pm.
After 10 pm, the app updated again saying my order was “on the way,” but with no estimated delivery time. So instead of spending my only free day with friends, I ended up stuck at home waiting for a delivery that never arrived.
This was my first and definitely my last experience with Tesco online. For an order worth over £100, I expected proper service – not this complete mess.
