Always purchased jacobi jayne products in the past but ordered two feeders and they are dreadful. Plastic and cheap. I will never buy them again. They used to be so good.

Excellent company and great customer…

Excellent company and great customer support. The foot file is brilliant but I didn't like the foot cream.It is not a cream but a liquid and is very greasy and messy to use.
Many thanks for your helpful feedback. It was the over night cream I was using. Is there a more cream like product?

Shoddy company.

I contacted Duravit about a hairline crack that appeared in my duravit toilet. Although they supposedly offered a lifetime guarantee , this doesn't apply unless you register the product. Shoddy, only interested in your money. Once you pay they no longer offer any help or support. I will never use again. People should know that there is no point in paying for Duravit , they don't honour their guarantees.

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service. I purchased a Miele washing machine and paid for delivery and installation. The installation man was rude and surly. He was in the house maximum 5 minutes. Failed to install with any care , did not even check the level of the machine nor attach the water pipe correctly. Despite emailing Miele three time I have had no response and no telephone call Sadly Miele is not the company it was. I will never buy there again and am waiting for a refund for my non existent installation.

Today, suddenly you contacted me, but only because I left a review on Trustpilot and you told me to contact you by social media. Which social media ? Why didn't you respond to my three emails? Really appalling that you only respond when there is a complaint that is made public.

Appalling company

Appalling company. Sent a book in the wrong language. Then ignored my emails to refund me. Had to ask Amazon to intervene and then they did not refund the full amount. They ignored my emails and only responded to Amazon. A really dreadful company-avoid. Don't know how they are still in business.

Very honest and kind company.

The people in the company Monika and Michael are very kind , patient and always tried to help. I sent a parcel on 2nd December to Belgium which unfortunately got lost. Monika kept in touch with me regularly and did her best to resolve the situation. She was always very kind and helpful. When the parcel could not be found I received a full refund.
They could not have done more. Thank you so much. I will use this company again.

Appalling

what a terrible experience. I ordered a cement tote bag and they sent a black one. . On the chat they refused to speak to me the person who was the account holder and wanted to speak the addressee. My husband who's name was on the address then contacted them and they then wanted to speak to the account holder. Twice we were cut off by a rude member of staff called Oscar. Eventually they sent a return label and then charged £6.99 for postage when they sent the wrong item. If you don't refund my postage I will be contacting my bank to get the money back from you. Disgusting company. Dont know how you are in business. Will never ever use again. One star is too much.

poor service only interested in money.

Recently purchased a new Hob from Miele. Very disappointed after spending all that money to find they subcontract out to an installer called Kabuoodle and no longer use their own engineers. The result was my hob is not sitting flat on the surface. . When I asked for them to rectify it they refused and said it wasn't their job. After spending all, that money I am not impressed. I will never buy Miele again. When I complained I was told a perfect finish is not guaranteed -after paying over a thousand pounds. Disgraceful.

Disgraceful

This company does not warrant one star. John Bevan made errors in his measurements which prevented us taking our complaint about our windows to court.He then refused to talk to the wi dow company and also wrote at length about a window we had already been refunded for. When I complained he offered me a full refund and then "forgot"to send the cheque. When I asked about it he said he had now decided not to refund me as I had "demanded the refund"!
I complained to the company who again promised to pay and sent me a cheque which bounced . I was promised it would be resent and a week later another one arrived which again bounced and I still havent been refunded. Avoid at all costs.Inept and totally unprofessional is an understatement.
