Always use Haypp for value and speed of delivery. This time there was an issue with my address, within the hour of contacting customer services the refund was processed.
I amended the address and re ordered and as usual the items were promptly delivered.

Once Shootcert gained access to my medical files the report was produced in very very good time.
Any email sent was always answered quickly and they kept me up to date re the delay from my Surgery, they also chased them.

I’m giving 5 stars for the 2 chaps that managed to lift and carry a washing machine up to my 2nd floor flat as there is no lift, they also took away the old machine.
I was worried they’d asses and say no which would have been understandable but they didn’t.

I’m in the U.K. and I’ve used snusline for around 2 years, I’ve never had an issue when using the UPS option, takes 5 days from order to my fridge. My delivery arrived this morning and wanted to say thanks for the extra gift enclosed. Keep up the excellent work.

The problem I’m having is that I’m getting errors when trying to pay, contacted customer services and they answered quickly and did try to resolve the issue but no luck.
I have contacted the bank, used multiple cards and tried different devices, Apple Pay is up as an option but that doesn’t work on my iPhone.
Previously the payment would go via my banking app to verify but it doesn’t do that anymore.
I am getting by on nicotine pouches but miss my General.
If you could look in to the payment side that’d be great and I can get back to a normal life 😀.
If I can order again it’d be 5 stars for selection and delivery.

I used parcelcompare to send a parcel to family in Vietnam.
The item was collected by UPS and the international leg was by DHL, pick up was quick and it arrived fairly quick in Vietnam.
The problem I had was with the import rules set by Vietnam, I’d included in the parcel of clothing and homeware a covid test kit, problem is that one test kit required a import licence which my parents didn’t have. As a result the entire parcel had to be destroyed.
Mr Joseph Moore of parcel compare did his best in asking at my request for the offending article to be removed from the parcel, that wasn’t possible hence destroying it was the only option, it was made clear if the parcel was to be returned I’d be liable for all costs.
I would use parcelcompare again but the lesson is double check on the customs regulations of the country your sending to.
The other lesson is maybe don’t send stuff to a communist country.

I was an absolute idiot for believing a text message was from Lloyds and an even bigger idiot for submitting my account details on webpage that looked as if it was from the bank. I then watched as my current account was loosing its balance fast.
I would like to say thanks to David in the fraud department who secured the account and then rectified my stupid error.
