I have booked Sykes pet friendly holidays since 2017 and found them clean, warm comfortable and exactly as described, you are also given directions and key access information. So far I have not been disappointed with any of the holiday cottages.

I telephoned to book my holiday as my computer was not working. It only took a few minutes and it was booked.

I support the dogs trust and in entering I am in a win win situation, supporting my charity with the possibility of winning, what's not to love.

It's so easy to enter and for such good causes

We stayed at The Hare and Hound pet friendly holiday house in Allendale. A beautiful listed house ideally situated in the town, with all the amenities we could need.

Booked my pet friendly holiday on line with Sykes, it was so easy to put in all the information required, make an initial deposit and be informed when the final payment is due, so easy and my confirmation came through with all the details confirmed. So I don't have to worry about anything and I will get a reminder when final payment is due followed by directions and details of accessing the holiday property.

Boiler installed within 2 days of requesting one. Engineer arrived 8am and removed old boiler, fitted new one, removed heated towel rail from bathroom and installed radiator all done and dusted by lunchtime. Very pleased with efficiency, tidiness and cost.

Had helpful friendly service during routine yearly service and on two occasions when I had to call them out. Would recomend

I saw a set of drawers I really liked and enquired about ordering and delivery, the assistant explained that if I ordered on line there would be no delivery charges, the assistant then took my email address and ordered it there and then saving me £25. I thought that was a really genuine gesture of wanting to help the customer.

From the moment I walked into Specsaver I was welcomed and made to feel relaxed, everything was explained during the eye test and I was given help to choose my new glasses, the whole experience was pleasant, friendly and professional.
