no noticeable effect - for more detail as requested. I track all my data with Oura and noticed NO positive change in my biometrics or wellbeing after a month of using it daily.

Hello Tom,

About 80% of Pulsetto users notice a significant improvement in stress and anxiety within 3–4 weeks. However, results can vary—some see changes in just a few days, while for others it may take up to 4–6 weeks.

For best results, we suggest using Pulsetto twice daily—for example, the Stress/Anxiety/Burnout program in the morning, and the Sleep program 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.

I use this every 6 months to track…

I use this every 6 months to track under-the-hood progress on my health journey. It’s great to be aware of what’s important and how simple changes can make a huge impact on how you feel (and are;). In my case regular bedtimes, staying clear of inflammatory foods and Zone 2 training have massively improved my Glycanage results.

I engaged Minerva Tutors after a…

I engaged Minerva Tutors after a recommendation by Minerva Virtual Academy to help with my children's transition from IB. There has been simply no-co-ordination between Minerva Academy and Minerva Tutors. I have had countless calls with both to try and fix this but to no avail. Aside from my enormous frustration, I am left deeply concerned now for my children whose progress has been way below expectations. I wish had made a decision to take my children elsewhere.

In response to the reply from Minerva, I would like to say the following: Thank you for your note. I appreciate your response and the goodwill gesture, as well as the efforts of the tutors involved.

However, my central concern remains unaddressed. My issue is not just about tutoring or cost, but the lack of coordination between the Minerva Tutors and the subject teachers at Minerva Virtual Academy. Without clear alignment between the two, it’s difficult to ensure that the tutoring is effectively reinforcing what’s being taught in class—or filling the right gaps.

Detailed tutor reports are helpful, but they don’t replace structured communication with the teachers responsible for overseeing curriculum and academic progression. Without that connection, the support risks becoming fragmented, which I believe has contributed to the outcomes we’ve seen.

SCAM site

I bought from their German site for shipment to Denmark. I ended up with a hug tax bill as they actually shipped from the UK (outside the EU). I complained and they simply keep replying with a standard email and do not address the issue

Outrageous over charging

Needed to extend my rental and couldn’t make it over the phone!!! They insisted I come into their office, but illness made it impossible and they charged me an additional €70 per day until I was able to.

There is no better way to school your kids

I love my kids but by the time holidays have ended, I have always been very ready to hand them back to school.

Lockdown and a sudden onset of illness for my wife changed all of that. Health dictated that we had to choose a better climate than the UK and a situation free from every day stresses (that we just accept as the norm). It turns out that the biggest everyday stresses are all school related; early wake up, uniform, sports kit, transport to and from, pick-up, clubs, homework, and above all perennially tired kids (and parents). So much so that there is very little time or energy for enjoyment of each other.

Twelve months in and we simply love everything about the decision we made. The kids are so far ahead of their peers now, they do all of their homework without question, and above all they are loving learning like never before. I could cite many things but the absolute key is that there are no more than 4 kids per class and they no longer feel embarrassed to ask questions. Also because of the intimacy of the approach they have a peer to peer relationship with their teachers which has completely changed their manner and confidence in dealing with adults.

As parents, of course we are happy if our kids are happy. But we are even happier because we have the energy to enjoy time with them (as they do with us). Of course there is the added benefit that being virtual also gives us complete flexibility as to where we live and spend time. Our lives no longer revolve around the physical location of the school. We school them where we want to live.

The time our kids are at home is so short, if you have the choice i urge you to seriously consider looking at a virtual schooling environment so you can enjoy your kids to the full and they you

Great service

I got my loot card in rapid time (in a beautiful package) and have really enjoyed the service! My only criticism is that I cannot deposit more money into my account per month as I am not a student and use it for my day 2 day business expenses.
