Iff I could give it no stars I would, I have had 4 parcels delivered this week, the 1st one he just dropped it on the floor outside my frontdoor in the rain, tapped the door and then left before I could answer, 2nd one this was a young lad and he did knock my door and he waited for me to answer and then handed me my parcel, 3rd one was of 2 parcels today, she came to my frontdoor then she put the 2 parcels behind my bins then knocked the door and left without waiting for me to answer, I could understand her leaving them behind the bins iff I was not at home and didn't answer my door but I have been at home on each and everyone of the deliveries, also it was raining very heavy at this time, and in all of my parcels they contained textile items. And all of these deliveries was captured on my doorbell camera. This company is beyond a joke and no wonder they have been voted the worst delivery company for the last 3 years. Iff I am ordering anything I always see who is the delivery company and iff its Evri then I tend not to order, but the parcels this week was from My JD Williams Catalog and they only seem to use Evri. In all honestly Evri should train thier drivers to deliver and respect people's parcels as we pay good money for our parcels to be delivered and what is inside them, in the past I have even had parcels stolen from outside my door as my door is on a pathway and has many people using it all day and night, when they have just left them and left without even knocking this being is one of the reasons I invested in a doorbell camera. But when you try to get in contact with Evri they just don't answer or reply to any messages that you leave. I can't see them lasting much longer iff they don't alter thier ways of deliveri g to people.
