I was impressed

I was impressed with the regular communication from ABL 1Touch, and it gave me confidence in dealing with them. The courtesy car was good and the delivery driver was patient when going over the paperwork. The repair to my car is fantastic and my car was delivered back to me exactly when they said and in immaculate condition.

I enjoyed the most wonderful shopping experience in your Morpeth store. Corrina has helped me realise I can still wear dresses and a bit of bling too! Her stock knowledge and assessment of me as a customer were outstanding and it was delightful to have such a positive shopping experience. I received so many compliments on my outfit and I felt so confident in it.

I am absolutely delighted with my new…

I am absolutely delighted with my new conservatory roof. Sales department Matty and Gary the surveyor were prompt, informative and efficient on their visits. Cam and Josh the fitters were outstanding. They both were relentless in their approach to the task in hand, not even stopping for lunch as they knew the weather was going to change! They are exceptionally tidy workers and were very considerate to our neighbours whose conservatory is close to ours. Margaret made contact daily ensuring I knew who was coming to the house and at what time. This is the first time I have used Windows plus Roofs, but I would definitely recommend them.

Part of my order I received was not…

Part of my order I received was not what I had ordered and paid for. I ordered blue Scholl sandals and received black trainers. The chat contact was terrible, I was asked what size of shoe I had ordered, confirmed it was size 4, and was subsequently told that’s what I had ordered! Yes, a size 4 blue Scholl sandal, NOT a black trainer. I then phoned, and learned I would have to pay to send what I hadn’t ordered ie) black trainers - back to Ideal World. I live too far away from an ASDA to make the journey any cheaper to the postage cost. So, I am over £5.70 out of pocket. Shocking service with terrible after care.

Frustrating from start to finish.

We decided to shop with Fenwicks for the gift offer on their website for Kiehls products. The assistant was not aware of the advertised offer, and even when I showed her the Fenwicks site on my phone she was unable to honour it. What frustrates me more is a large competitor selling Kiehls at the Metrocentre had an excellent offer on, however, we decided to support Fenwicks. I phoned Fenwicks today to explain my issue and was transferred to Kiehls, I waited what I feel was an excessive length of time hoping for my call to be answered and admitted defeat. I phoned Fenwicks again and subsequently waited longer than I was willing to wait for my call to be answered. I now require EVEN MORE anti-wrinkle cream to soothe my furrowed brow caused by my initial disappointing shopping experiences and failure to solve the issue.
