Terrible experience for a special occasion. I ordered a flower bouquet for my wife for our anniversary to be delivered the day itself. Of course the worker from packs didn't show up as my wife was constantly at home that day, but still they continuously claim they tried to deliver and noone was there. Besides that no card was left to attempt a new delivery.... What a terrible company and most of all, liars of the worst kind, trying to make you feel responsible for their incompetence
