Disappointed
Well, It’s been more than a week since I made my order, I’ve already emailed them as well and until now I haven’t got confirmation email or anything, no information at all about my order.
Update: I spoke on the phone to the same guy that wrote this reply to me here after I wrote the review. I told him I didn’t receive any emails from them and he told me they sent it and to check my junk even though I already double checked everything and there’s nothing there. Although I understand there could have been some sort of error. He then gave me my tracking number and at the end of the call I said I’m happy to remove the bad review as my problem was sorted and he wasn’t fazed with the review, told me it doesn’t matter and then he hung up without saying bye, have a good day or anything lol. I wasn’t rude on the phone or anything, I was nice and polite. So it’s really disappointing this sort of customer service. I’ve ordered from Muscle U before and I’ve never had a problem, this was the first time. I hope it doesn’t happen again
