Disappointed

Well, It’s been more than a week since I made my order, I’ve already emailed them as well and until now I haven’t got confirmation email or anything, no information at all about my order.

Update: I spoke on the phone to the same guy that wrote this reply to me here after I wrote the review. I told him I didn’t receive any emails from them and he told me they sent it and to check my junk even though I already double checked everything and there’s nothing there. Although I understand there could have been some sort of error. He then gave me my tracking number and at the end of the call I said I’m happy to remove the bad review as my problem was sorted and he wasn’t fazed with the review, told me it doesn’t matter and then he hung up without saying bye, have a good day or anything lol. I wasn’t rude on the phone or anything, I was nice and polite. So it’s really disappointing this sort of customer service. I’ve ordered from Muscle U before and I’ve never had a problem, this was the first time. I hope it doesn’t happen again

Denied buying using AfterPay without a reason

Absolutely ridiculous system!

First time trying to buy with AfterPay and this is what I get:

Unfortunately our automated decisioning system has declined this order. This decision is based on a number of different factors taken into consideration when you place your order. For security reasons we're unable to reveal those specific factors.

What can I do?
Unfortunately you're unable to purchase using Afterpay at this time. Please use an alternative payment method for your order.

I called them up to know why it was declined, because all I provided was my name, phone number, email address and address. They couldn't tell me why it was declined! How does that even work?! How is that even fair to the customer?! To have it declined for no reason at all. It's like the computer picks who it wants to approve and who it wants to decline. I don't accept this! It's not fair. And I have a good credit history too, I always buy everything upfront. One time that I decide not to so I can have more money in my bank every month, this happens! Obsolutely not happy! And I demand a solution. It's not fair.
