Two weeks later, still no delivery!!

Ordered a 550 Euro pair of ski trousers on their website. Waited a week and thought I should check on the delivery status.
The order was being held at a UPS collection point in Lockerbie, Scotland....I live in Jersey, Channel Islands !!
At no point during the ordering process was it made clear that they couldn't ship to my home address, which I entered at checkout. The site accepted my billing and delivery home address without issue.
The shipping type on my order confirmation said "Stand UPS Stand", which I assumed was UPS standard. When checking out, the checkout stated "UPS Access Point", which, to be honest, didn't mean anything to me....there was no explanation as to what this service was.
So here I am, a week before my ski holiday, with no trousers after waiting over 2 weeks. Elevenate even had the audacity to tell me to fix the issue by contacting UPS myself... terrible customer service.
I'm very unimpressed as well as disappointed.

Non delivery and poor customer service - beware

I ordered two wireless car play/android auto adapters from Navboost.
Ordered on the Monday, and using express delivery.
By Thursday, nothing had arrived, and on investigation, it appears that whilst the order was "processed" on the day I ordered it, it wasn't actually collected by RM until the following day. I needed these items delivered by Thursday lunchtime and felt that an order placed on Monday lunchtime using express delivery would reach me without issue.
On Thursday, the order is reported as still being in a Royal Mail depot in Edinburgh!
I will not receive the items before I leave the UK for three weeks, which is a real issue for me. Navboost doesn't appear to be concerned about this and is telling me that I would have to return the items to get a refund. How can I return them when I will be in the UK to receive them?
Do NOT use this company for any time-sensitive orders. They use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for express delivery and charge £10.99 for the privilege, which is quite frankly a rip-off.
If I had known that an item dispatched on Monday using express delivery still wouldn't arrive on Thursday, I wouldn't have ordered the items.
Very poor service. Disappointing.

Gant clothing is generally good…

Gant clothing is generally good quality. I also find it a good fit.
I ordered over £300s worth of jumpers for various Christmas presents at the end of November. None arrived.
They placed a new order and I requested that they ship with DPD, as their partner Evri is abysmal.
They said to me that they were unable to use another courier, which is a joke for any serious online retailer.
When posting an honest and factual review on their site (at their request) they decided to "moderate it" because they don't appear to like the facts.
Shame on you Gant, you have spoilt Xmas presents for three individuals this Christmas.

We have three Balsam Hill trees

We have three Balsam Hill trees. A 6, 7 and 9ft. Together they cost us close to £2.5k.
We are happy with the appearance and ease of use, but extremely unhappy with constantly failing plugs/ transformers. They can fail within 24 months, leaving you with an expensive unlit tree.
Worst of all, Balsam Hill are so damn disorganised that they never have replacements available. Your only option is to trawl the Internet and try to find something compatible. MESSAGE FOR BALSAM HILL.
People erect their Christmas trees in early to mid December. This is when they discover that the transformers are broken. You ( as a supplier of very expensive goods) should have replacement transformers available at this time....not the following September!! You know this is an issue, yet you consistently have no replacements at the only time of the year that they are needed. I don't feel very loved or respected.

Fantastic product

I was a little skeptical as to whether I would notice any benefit from Bimuno powder.I don't suffer and have never suffered from any particular gut or stomach issues.
I am now utterly sold on the product. I feel energised in a way that I haven't for years and would highly recommend this as a positive step forward.
Give it a try.
