Debt collectors for a meter removed…

Debt collectors for a meter removed 2013.
The meter was removed from my property before I moved in. No contact from British gas just a debt collector , chasing me for nearly £1000. Called customer service 3 times. Each time telling me it's resolved. If you make a complaint, its closed after the call as being unsolved......how strange.
As the meter is on their old system , it's very difficult to explain to someone who doesn't understand what I'm saying or I don't understand them clearly. No way of resolving this.
I suppose i have to wait for debt collectors to arrive for a debt that's not mine.
It’s causing a lot of anxiety and stress.

Then a reply to contact them on social media …… which I don’t have! AI next???

Poor customer service

I've been a member of zwift on and off for 4 years. After a lot of thought bought the zwift ride setup. having lots of wifi connection problems with the kicker v2, like a few others. its supposed to have race mode on wifi. that's the reason I bought it .

Zwift customer service is very poor. Not helpful, was hoping for a replacement kicker as can't be used how its advertised .Still waiting for my last reply! 5 days so far.

Ai replies to start with, then when you get to emailing a human, takes 3-4 days to reply, giving me basic options to try, its the wifi on the kicker that's the problem , will not stay constantly connected and drops out , leaving my avatar not moving, watching the other's ride into the distance on a race!

Poor quality

Ordered a pair of Oakley glasses. Opened the case for the first time to find the case was not glued properly so came apart. The whole package, seemed cheap and nasty , something I didn’t expect from Oakley. This should have been noticed before dispatch.

borough medium bag

The borough medium bag is of poor quality , the stitching on the side pockets came loose after the first use. They only held a 500ml water bottle.

Customer service is even worse! Contacted them by email 27/8/25 also on chat on 28th. Still no contact .

Very expensive!!!

Got a quote for £1980 for a replacement up and over garage door( non electric). Googled the door (horizon in white) could get it delivered including vat + delivery for £580. £1400 for fitting !
