Great oven bigger than my old one but fit in the same space. More trays which is great. Much more efficient and cooks quicker than my old one so definitely an upgrade and does the job.

I would buy again
Great company. Item was a little delayed and had to chase, but great communication and it did arrive eventually. Packaging was clear and you could clearly see item was a phone case so thought this may be tempting to some.

So easy to set up
So easy to set up. Went to local pure gym to have a look and we was so welcomed by manager, he explained everything clearly and how it all works. We felt listened too and this made the world of difference on making our decision to join. Joined up as a couple.

No customer service in place
No customer service. Return process is impossible. Tried contacting several times. Quality of clothing not up to standard and returned all items. I kept getting order number not recognised so they obviously are making it as hard as possible to return anything. Awaiting on a refund

Great layout in the Cardiff branch
Great layout in the Cardiff branch. Enough staff on hand to help with your needs. The price matched which meant we could walk away with the items there and then and seeing the tents erected was definitely a huge bonus and a huge factor in us purchasing a bigger more expensive tent. Great for all your outdoor or camping needs

Staff were great but the manager in…
Staff were great but the manager in your llantrisant store is not only rude and abrupt to staff but plain ignorant to customers. He is like a robot. No greeting. Direct orders short questions. What’s wrong with them? Me they don’t fit. Why? Too small. Nothing then -you worn them? You tried them on? I was really taken a back with his poor customer skills as well as barking orders at staff in front of customers. I witnessed this on 2 separate occasions.

Always top quality products that last for years. Speedy delivery. I’ve recently purchased my second phone case purely as it was in a sale. My first one is still fine after 2yrs. I’ve also purchased jewellery in the past and had them 4yrs and still going strong

I’m still awaiting my parcel. Delivery fee has been refunded but still no sign of items ordered. Granted there is probably still a back long with parcel deliveries but maybe look at using another delivery company as nothing but trouble with Evri
