Bitterly disappointed with the company

We had a new conservatory July 2020. The builder made such a mess of the floor that he has to keep coming back to level it. It got to the point where no more could be added or there wouldn’t be room for the floor. Then the flooring company would not put laminate down as it was still not level. We had to have a floating floor and LVT. The cost was £300 more but solarframe wouldn’t pay. Then my patio has been ruined with plaster/ brick mortar. The technician said it would all wash off with washing up liquid, stupidly I believed him and paid the final instalment. Of course power washing did nothing. They came back and put a patio cleaner down which has stained all my patio with brown patches. Many emails and phone calls. The surveyor came out in December and agreed it had all been ruined as well as the fact that the path behind the conservatory now floods every time it rains as no drainage was put in. He said we will have damp problems there. 7 months later still getting nowhere. They just fob you off every time you ring and don’t reply to emails. Biggest mistake we ever made going with this company.
