Faulty cat toy, problems getting refund

The rechargeable cat toy I bought was great initially, it worked for just over 24 hours then stopped working even though fully charged. I contacted Nestoly the same day to advise of the fault and sent a short video at their request.
They offered to send a replacement but I responded to say I would like a refund as the toy is faulty and I notified them straight away. They offered a partial refund of £3.85 initially which then increased to £7 when I said the initial offer was not acceptable and reiterated that I was entitled to a full refund under the Sale of Goods Act. Throughout I have stated that I wish to receive a full refund of the £14.99 paid but they are continuing to refuse to honour my statutory rights.

Excellent service as always

Ordered a new sofa from DTV yesterday, excellent sales experience. Camron was really helpful, no pressure at all. Have bought numerous items of furniture from DTV over the past 25 years and always found them to offer good value and excellent service. This occasion was no different. Looking forward to enjoying our new sofa.

Really positive sales experience, hugely disappointing sofa

Tori was the sales assistant who helped us. She was very professional, friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. Delivery was great too. Sadly though, after sitting on the sofa for only 1.5 hours the corner seat was 'puddling' very badly. The other seats were, and still are, fine. Sofology say this is normal and advised that after each use to bash the seats and smooth the leather tucking the excess leather down the back. They refuse to rectify the problem. In every other respect we absolutely love the sofa and just wish they would sort this. I had my previous leather sofas for 10 years and didn't have this problem. Really very disappointed.
