We came to Van Mossel for their wide selection of occasion (used) VWs. The cars were in great condition and the number of vehicles available allowed us to pick out exactly what we wanted. Our salesperson, Wessel, was happy to work with us in English. He had a quick answer for every question we had about the cars and did not pressure or apply any of the sales tactics we are accustomed to at US dealers. Van Mossel is up front about their pricing. They offered reasonable extended warranty and maintenance plans and delivered the car to us after completing basic maintenance included in the cost. Highly recommended!

I transitioned from CrashPlan to Carbonite when CrashPlan discontinued their Home offering. I expected a similar service at a comparable price. When the inevitable happened - I needed to wipe my machine and do a full restore - I was sorely mistaken.

The poorly designed Mac client for Carbonite restores at a rate of just 200kbps. No amount of tech support could increase this speed on my 70Mbps internet connection. What does that mean for a 450GB restore? 25 DAYS. Carbonite won't even hold on to your unsynced files past 30 days. The alternative? Pay $100 for your files to be sent to you on a hard drive.

Nowhere during the purchase process does Carbonite disclose their download rates or storage limits. I consider this unfair business practice and am extremely disappointed in the company. Customer Service was unhelpful and showed no interest in retaining a customer.

I strongly recommend avoiding Carbonite and seeking alternative cloud back up services.

I got the adjustable collar tag that has openings in the fasteners. I was a little concerned it would fall off in actual use, but after a few weeks it's clear the tag isn't going anywhere. Just make sure you get the correct width. Nice solid metal that looks like it will last forever without getting scratched up. The website provides more than enough detail on everything - much appreciated!
