Delivered the package several kilometers away. Hate it when online shops use Bring.

I am sorry to hear that you had trouble with your package. I can see that the chosen Nærboks location had no more capacity. This means we have to transfer it to the nearest package shop.

We are constantly adding new package shops and automatic boxes, so we hopefully can deliver it closer to your address in the future.

I now owe $3.6M in taxes after filing with TaxAct

I filed my taxes with TaxAct, and the tax return file that the IRS received did not match the information I entered into their tax preparation software.

Instead of an income of $0, it reported to the IRS that I earned $7,777,635, and now I'm getting audited. Thanks a lot, TaxAct!

After many calls and emails to TaxAct's support team over this obvious software bug, they have provided exactly zero help of any kind, because I didn't sign up for their "audit protection" add-on.

Apparently you need to pay for the extra services in order to be sure that the tax prep software functions as advertised!

I am now paying large amounts of money to an accountant to fix it in a rush job, because the IRS has given me a deadline and TaxAct's support team has successfully run out the clock.

Late, cold, wrong toppings

The pizzas came very late, were already cold, and not even close to the correct toppings.

The one that was supposed to be a cheese pizza had 7-8 toppings on it.

The driver had already left by the time I opened the boxes, so I emailed them about the problem. No response whatsoever after multiple weeks.

The only positive thing I can say here is that the pizzas eventually did arrive.

This platform has some serious cleanup to do

This platform has some serious cleanup to do removing old and outdated profiles.

After the babysitter I contacted didn’t reply, I took a closer look at the profiles. Everyone in my search results mentioned being 3-5 years younger in their profile text than the age listed on their profile.

Likely because they wrote the profile years ago and input their birth date into a separate field which auto calculates their age. As time passes, the numbers will no longer match.

At least in my search, the only profiles that did not have conflicting ages were the 2-3 profiles that didn’t mention their age in the description text.

It’s too bad, because this platform would be extremely useful if it was kept more up to date

Terrible pakkeshop at the Meny in…

Terrible pakkeshop at the Meny in Tårnby. Very slow even when not busy, and always a pain picking things up because they’re overly strict.

Took 3 attempts to pick up a simple package because we had photo ID, but the “wrong kind”.

Next time they rejected me because the paper slip wasn’t signed.

Never had these issues at any other package shop, always hate picking it up from Meny

I have been in contact with the grocer in MENY Tårnby, who assures that all rules from Post Nord are complied with, which is why they cannot hand out packages without valid identification.

The rules are not made to annoy the customer, but to protect consumers as best as possible from fraud.

Didn’t drop a very small package into…

Didn’t drop a very small package into the mailbox, instead took it far away to Meny in Tårnby.

It took 3 attempts to pick up the package from Meny because of a power-tripping manager being a stickler about which types of IDs can be used and also once rejected me because I didn’t have the paper slip signed.

Ridiculous, terrible service

I can't use the referencenumber that you've attached to your inquiry, so I'm not able to investigate the shipment further, but it sounds like the shipment is either send as a safety parcel or with signature guarantee. This means the courier can't deliver it in your mailbox.

You need 1st class identification to pick up a shipment, which include a well-liked image.

Slow shipping, poor return policy

Despite having a Danish website domain (.dk), this company is located in Germany.

Deceptive, and makes a big difference because shipping took 2 weeks, and they don’t offer return shipping labels.

So when I needed to make a return, I had to pay international shipping costs, which amounted to nearly the full price of the item.

I avoid buying online if Bring is the only shipping option

I get grumpy when I find out an online sender has shipped me something with Bring.

They never deliver to my door, always a shop somewhere inconvenient. The whole purpose of buying something online is to save myself a trip, if I wanted to go run an errand I would have just bought it in a physical shop to begin with!

Bring charges "deliver-to-your-door" prices for "here-run-this-errand-for-me" services.

Good prices, fast shipping, top notch customer service

Fantastic company, easily a contender for the best customer service I've had with any fitness equipment retailer.

I received a hex bar with a manufacturing issue (which is virtually inevitable when buying gym equipment no matter who you're buying from) and BLK Box made it 100% right.

They sent me a full replacement bar which arrived before my next deadlift day despite the fact that we're in the middle of a pandemic and they're probably overloaded with orders right now.

Good prices, fast shipping, top notch customer service? Thats an easy 5 stars from me.
