Horrible driver

Horrible driver. Missed the stop and when confronted he prefer victim blaming, telling me that I missed my stop because I was sleeping (which I was definitely not). He also almost crashed into an another car while inappropriately cornering but then again instead apologising the other car's driver he started to shout him trying to intimidate the driver and accusing the driver by being an "overly dramatic" while almost crashing multiple tons vehicle into his car.

I got a Zwift bike and it started to…

I got a Zwift bike and it started to creak shortly after using it. I contacted the customer service and all the solutions they provided resulted with me spending more and more of my time to fix the issue. I asked them to send someone to fix the problem or replace the frame but they said they can not do that and I should deal it with myself. Spend days of my time and only got compensated by 2 months of free sub.

It is advertised that 1500 light last…

It is advertised that 1500 light last for 3 hours on the brightest setting. After several tests, I found out that it only last around 1 hour 50 minutes. Also, before buying the light I was assured by the company that due to the bypass charging property, the light could be operated with an external battery on the brightest setting. Again after testing the light with several external power banks and cable, I found out that this claim is also not fully correct. While the light charges while it is on, the amount of power it draws from the batter is so low that it does not make any significant change in running times. The light turns itself off on the brightest setting when connected to the external power bank around 2 hours 10 minutes which is only 20 minutes longer than when the light is not connected on the power bank. Furthermore, the light turns itself off momentarily when it gets road vibrations. I raised these concerns with the company before my night riding event and was told that I will get a replacement light. I asked them to ship the replacement light using the fastest shipment method. Seven days past since the communication not only they failed to ship the light, they also did not respond my message.

Good experience with Richer Sound

I purchased TV and HiFi system from Richer Sounds Bristol. In both occasions they beat the price of the competition. I was not very fussy with my TV purchase, the whole ordering only took a few minutes as I knew what I wanted. The Hifi system selection was completely polar opposite process as it was more involved and time consuming. I did three 2 hours listening sessions and provided with (as requested) probably around dozen of quotes until I decided what I wanted to buy. And during the process, Richer Sound Bristol, particularly Dave was very supportive, helpful, accommodating and patient with me. He setup the systems for me and helped me during the process until I was happy with all the components of the system. I ordered the hifi system on Saturday and I got everything delivered (apart from the speakers) on Monday. The speakers came a couple of days after. The only thing which was not great about the process was the delivery service for the speakers. The packaging (including the internal foam) was damaged showing the delivery company was not gentle with the speakers. Of course, this is hardly Richer Sounds fault. Fortunately, there was no damage on the cabinets and everything seems to be working fine. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

they do not care!

Can not register to the system and the response I got from the customer service is "try again" and I did and did not work.

Moved to home but can not take shower due to hot water related problems. No one talk. Send messages, e-mail to through the website, send e-mail to neighbourhood coach and called him. No response from anyone...

Avoid at all costs!

Absolute charlatans!

Absolute charlatans!

Rejected the return because I used duct tape to secure the content of the box. Here is their reply!

Somehow THEY damaged the box and rejected the return because of that!

Here is their reply

"Our warehouse team have rejected the return as you have stuck tape and the return postage label to the box. ( see image below)
As the tape has caused damage to the box when attempting to remove it, the SIDI Shot 2 Limited Edition Road Cycling Shoes 44.5 Rust/Black cannot now go back into prime stock."

I have returned numerous orders before using the same method and this is the first time I have experienced such nonsense! Also the return label was not stuck on the box as it was a regular A4 paper printed with no sticky back.

These guys are absolute charlatans they caused me an expensive lost!

Subpar quality saddlebag but great support from Brompton

I got my torn out Metro saddle bag replaced without too much hassle. I am not very impressed with the quality of the product but the support from Brompton was great. I think Brompton needs to come with a better designed built saddle bag for their lovely bikes.

I have been using the bike for two years and mainly in the city. During the two years, the bike got serviced once in Brompton factory. I kept the bike indoor always clean and changed the chain and rear sprockets regularly. While I was riding a week ago, the crank arm came loose. So, I took the bike to the shop and got it serviced. I am hugely surprised with huge bill and parts needed to change since I was keeping on top of the wearable parts. The shop could not put the crank arm back because it was warped and probably that is the reason why it came off from the bottom bracket at the first place. Also, the stem hinge and bottom bracket was gone and needed to be replaced. I contacted Brompton to see if the crank arm could be covered under the warranty since it was not (in my opinion) a wearable part and it was warped but I got a response telling me all of the replaced parts including warped crank arm is wearable and normal to be replaced. I am quite shocked!

Even though it was signed delivery and I was at home, delivery person just throwed it to the entrance of the building without getting my signature or letting me know that he left the parcel at the entrance. It could have been stolen! Very bad and frustrating experience.

They are rude cause all sorts of problem and create overestimated bills. Take more payments than they are supposed too and they do not refund timely and easily. I have waited to get refunded a large sum of money for more than a year and had tell them I am going to the police to get my money refunded to me. They are horrible to work with.

Unethical behaviours from OVO

Unethical and illegal behaviours from #OVOENERGY

For the last 4 months I and my partner spent at least 20 hours on phone and had more than that e-mail exchange with #OVOENRGY. But, even though OVO admits being wrong they fail to rectify the problem and now they are threatening us to cut off the electrical power of our flat.
We have moved to a flat on 2021 December and my partner made a yearlong fixed rate contract with #OVOENERGY. Since then, the energy bills have been paid from her bank account. However, for some reason around August or October, #OVOENERGY set up an another account on my name for the same apartment and they started sending us letters telling that we owe them money for the bills, even though we were still paying the bills according to the contract we had with them. Despite all of our efforts, including 20 hours phone conversations and around 30 e-mail exchange, they failed to sort out the problem. They admitted their mistake and told us that they will close down the incorrect account. However, we keep getting threatening letters from #OVOENERGY telling us that we owe the money. In the last letter we have been informed that out details were passed to a collection agency and we have received another letter from a collection agency with a similar threatening content telling us they will cut down the power to the apartment. We really having difficult time to deal with this as #OVOENERGY tells us that they will close the incorrect account but they do not. I strongly recommend against having #OVOENERGY as your supplier. Not only they made mistake, they also do nothing to correct it and they are happy about their customers paying for their own mistakes.

Stay away from JENDE

Stay away from JENDE! Their customer service is terrible. I have contacted JENDE regarding faulty (major) part of the system and even though they have admitted the part was faulty in their first generation of systems and promised to replace the faulty part, they never did that. I chased JENDE company for more than a year now, send dozens of e-mails, messages through social platforms but it never worked. JENDE promised to send the faulty part three times but they never kept their word. JENDE is one of the worst company that I have dealt with.

The item was shown on-site without VAT…

The item was shown on-site without VAT price added and I was not aware that I am going to pay a higher price until the cost of the item (with VAT included) was taken from my account. So, I see this as a tricking customer thinking MedTree prices are lower than other places, but actually, it is not. In my case, I would not buy it if I knew the real cost beforehand. Apart from the price issue, the item arrived safe and as described, but also not on promised time.
