Excellent Customer Service, always there when he says. Tidy neat job. I had 8 additional solar panels added to my system. Detailed planning and measuring the completed installation was exactly as expected. Excellent job. This is the forth time I have used LDT Electrical and I never been disappointed. Excellent Service and Workmanship. Following the installation of my Zappi car charger by Luke, I wanted solar panels and batteries. I talked through the options of what I wanted and Luke sent through a detailed quote with a full break down. His knowledge of the products was excellent and he answered all my questions. His price was the same ball park as the other quotes I had received but knowing the quality job he had done on the Zappi and his attention to detail, I was keen to use him again. Not disappointed. He arrived when he said and his work is of the highest standard, neat and tidy. When complete he commissioned the system and went through the operation with me. It is saving me a fortune with the current energy costs. Very happy to recommend him for any electrical job. In fact I'm planning to get him for an additional battery soon.

Initial dealing with EON weren't too good, Delays in moving supply and then Covid kicked in and the unable to get in touch with anyone in the right department. Most recent dealing has been faultless. New smart meters being installed. The engineer arrived on time, comunicated the process clearly and ďid a good clean job. His workmanship looks excellent and neat with no mess. He explained how to use the new display and gave us the instruction books. Through out he wore a mask and kept his distance working mainly in the garage. This interaction with EON has really impressed me, very proffesional.

Excellent service. Booked the appointment online the day before. I was meet by Hardeep who talked through the process and then went through the detailed valuation inspection of my car.
