No complaints from me!!!

I have been reading all the negative comments re Azzlee but decided to give them a try. I purchased 1 item of clothing & it arrived with the item as depicted on the website. I then purchased another 2 items.
They have just arrived & again as depicted on the website.
The tracking was informative so I knew my delivery was on the way.
I have no complaints re Azzlee at all. I am extremely happy with my purchases & will
definitely be making further purchases.

What the hell is happening at Safeway?

What the hell is happening at Safeway?
Purchased a charging cable in a sealed box so viewing the size isn't an option. Got home & realised it doesn't fit my phone, i then tried to return it for a refund. Ha ha nice try!!!!! Safeway no longer offers refunds on any item.
Are they that hard up for money? What ever happened to customer service.??
You have gone downhill Safeway!!!!

Not what I thought I ordered....…

Ordered a pair of slip on leopard print shoes. I was taken aback when I saw them. They were delivered in a plastic bag & were pink. When you purchase online you only have the picture supplied to go by. The shoes I saw were brown.
In hindsight maybe there was a lighting issue but it's up to the seller to display items accurately. They are poor quality but if you refer to the price it's understandable. You get what you pay for. I have dyed them to the colour I wanted & worn them & they are light & comfortable.

Bad customer service.

Made a recent purchase & was waiting for shipping notification. Instead I received an email advising my purchase cost had been refunded.??
Gee would be great to get some sort of information for the reason for this.
Then I get a review request for my purchase??
What the hell is going on here.

Rose quartz???? I don't think so, glass more likely.

Ordered a rose quartz filligree pendant. Looked great online.
Absolute rubbish. Rose quartz my backside.
Definitely not rose quartz. Rip off & wasted my money. They wonder why they are struggling.

Warning Buyer Beware

Warning, do not deal with Reebok under any circumstances.
I foolishly ordered from them & returned an item in early March.
My hopes of ever getting my money back are long gone, as they are nothing but crooks & should be shut down online.
They will give you the runaround & lie consistently.

NIL STARS

It would be more appropriate to rate nil stars.
Horrendous online store. I returned an item but am still waiting for any contact regarding a refund. I'm beginning to think I've done my money.
There are 2 numbers to ring for 'customer care' I ring one they tell me to ring the other. I ring the other, I'm told to ring the first one I rang. I have left emails, filled in online contact forms to no avail. Is this a scam? This treatment is enough to put me off online shopping forever. They should be shut down. Absolute disgrace.

Has anyone had issues trying to get assistance from cotton on?
My order hasn't turned up. I spoke to someone on the chat line who was 'going to get back to me' well I'm still waiting.
This is not good enough I won't bother purchasing from them again.
Customer service is so important particularly when purchasing online.
They fail dismally.

I made an online purchase from Jagger's closet.

I made an online purchase from Jagger's closet in Geelong Vic. I used After pay but have not received my item. Seona Mooney owner of the business will not return Emails or phone messages. I have to still pay for this item.
Had i used PayPal or credit card i would be protected. Purchasers beware you are not protected using After pay. I think sellers are very aware of this.

I returned an item #600038240 at my own cost. Prettylittlething has not refunded my money. My multitude of E mails & messages have gone unanswered.
Am I to assume Prettylittlething have stolen my money?
