It was great that the replacement parts were available for purchase, allowing the part of the bottle that was broken to be easily replaced, without having to throw away the whole bottle because of one broken part.

Very informative and helpful. Even though the information that was shared was slightly overwhelming in its content, an excellent job was conducted.
